CartridgePro is an AI-powered tool designed to help homeowners and plumbing professionals identify shower cartridges and access plumbing reference information. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and provide cartridge identification results, diagnostic guidance, and general plumbing information.

2. Accuracy of Results

CartridgePro uses artificial intelligence to identify shower cartridges from photos. While we strive for accuracy, AI identification is not perfect and results may be incorrect. We make no warranty, express or implied, that:

• Identification results will be accurate or complete
• Cartridge part numbers provided will fit your specific valve
• Diagnostic or repair guidance will resolve your plumbing issue
• Plumber cost estimates will reflect actual costs in your area

Always confirm part numbers with the manufacturer or a licensed plumber before purchasing replacement parts.

3. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CartridgePro only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or copy the Service
• Use the Service to provide commercial plumbing services without disclosure
• Submit photos that contain personal information of others without their consent
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access controls
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within CartridgePro are the intellectual property of CartridgePro and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CartridgePro and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Incorrect cartridge identification results
• Parts purchased based on app recommendations that do not fit
• Plumbing damage resulting from following app guidance
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any other use or inability to use the Service

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and cancel your subscription.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CartridgePro and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links

CartridgePro provides links to third-party retailers (Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, Ferguson) and manufacturer websites. We are not responsible for the content, pricing, or availability of products on third-party sites. These links are provided for convenience only.

9. Modifications to the Service
