CartridgePro ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the CartridgePro mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Photos you upload — When you use the Photo ID feature, you submit photos of your shower trim. These photos are sent to our server for AI analysis and are not stored after the analysis is complete.
• Usage data — We may collect anonymous usage data such as which features are used, to help us improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Feedback emails — If you submit feedback through the app, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

How We Use Your Information

• To analyze photos and provide cartridge identification results
• To respond to feedback and support requests
• To improve the accuracy and performance of the Service

Photos and AI Processing

Photos you submit are sent to our server and processed using Anthropic's Claude AI. Photos are transmitted securely over HTTPS and are not permanently stored on our servers. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Third-Party Services

CartridgePro uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude API — Used to analyze photos and power AI reference tools. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Railway — Our server infrastructure. Subject to Railway's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store — For app distribution and in-app purchases. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

CartridgePro stores saved results locally on your device using your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by removing saved results within the app or clearing your browser/app data.

Children's Privacy

CartridgePro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request information about what data we hold about you
• Request deletion of any personal data we may hold
• Opt out of any non-essential data collection
